Coach Cole enters his fouth season as QCC’s Women’s Head Soccer Coach. He brings great knowledge and enthusiasm for soccer and is eager to share his passion for the game.

Josh received his Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Assumption College in 2004 where he starred as a goal keeper for the men’s soccer team. His goal keeping career at Assumption College was highlighted with an ECAC championship, the defensive player of the year, most valuable player award, and being named a two year captain. Josh still holds the record for lowest goals against average at Assumption with a .65 GGA. After graduating in 2004, Josh then committed his life to soccer. Playing semi-professional soccer in the United Soccer League, he traveled the east coast playing for the New Hampshire Phantoms (2004-06’) and then the Western Mass. Pioneers (2007-09’). He also dedicated his time to coaching the men’s and women’s goal keepers at Assumption College and Worcester State College. After retiring from professional soccer, Josh earned a Master’s Degree in Athletic Administration from Endicott College in 2012. He now lives in Sterling, Massachusetts with his wife Jackie, son Jaxson, and daughter Juliana.
