Counseling and Wellness Office Services During Covid-19

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, QCC President Padraja has encouraged offices to transition to remote services.    

Here are some QCC Office of Counseling and Wellness updates:  

  1. The Office of Counseling and Wellness is currently conducting counseling check in's and triage sessions remotely, by phone and video (telehealth).    We will remain “virtually” open during regular business hours of 8am to 4pm. 
  2. All students who are new to Counseling must request an appointment by sending an email to twells@qcc.mass.edu 
  3. For current and ongoing students, I will be available to continue our scheduled counseling sessions online through the end of the semester and/or discuss options for referral to other providers.
  4. Staff are able to request student concern consultations via email and we will schedule an appointment time for a phone call.
