UI/UX Design Fundamentals (IMD 105 (UG24))

This course introduces the principles and practices of UI/UX design. User Interface (UI) refers to the visual design characteristics of an interface; UX refers to content organizing, structure and user''s product interaction. Topics include: interface design elements and principles, information structure and data relevance; ideation and site mapping, personas and storyboarding, wireframes, usability, testing and prototyping. Assignments are completed using industry-standard software and hardware. Credits: 3 Prerequisite: Placement into college level English Semester Offered: F/S
