Treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines, stair climbers
 
FREE WEIGHTS
Dumbbells from 1 lb - 80 lbs
Plates from 2.5 lbs - 45 lbs
 
EXERCISE MACHINES
Abdominal machine, adduction/abduction, leg extension/curl, glute/hamstring, tricep/bicep, leg press, lat pulldown/row, shoulder press, functional trainer, assisted chin/dip.
 
OTHER EQUIPMENT
Exercise balls and mats, exercise tubing with handles, heavy weight punching bag, speed bag, and jump ropes, power rope, kettlebells 5 lbs.-25 lbs.
 
BASKETBALL COURT
Basketballs, soccer balls, and volleyballs provided
