Students - Password and Technical assistance

Student email is powered by Microsoft\Outlook. All student email addresses (Microsoft account) now end with @student.qcc.edu (i.e. jsmith@student.qcc.edu).

Logging in to the Q and Blackboard now use the login\email address ending in @student.qcc.edu. The M365 password remains the same.

If you cannot log in, contact the QCC IT Service Desk at 508-854-4427 or help@qcc.mass.edu.

Staff and Faculty - Password and Technical assistance

Password reset can now be completed at the Microsoft site (https://www.office.com). If you do not know your current password, you may reset it using the link in the Microsoft login window.
