Get Started with Student Accessibility Services
Welcome to Student Accessibility Services! SAS works with students with disabilities to provide accommodations and support access to courses, programs, and campus activities. Explore our website to learn how to request accommodations, access resources, and connect with our team.
Steps on How to Register with SAS:
- Complete – Please fill out the Application for Student Accessibility Services. SAS uses a secure platform called AIM to manage accessibility services. The first time you log in, you will be asked to authenticate as a QCC student. A one-time passcode will be sent to your QCC student email account before you begin the application.
- Send – Send SAS your Disability Documentation .You may upload your documents directly into your SAS Application in AIM. If you are waiting for documentation from a provider, submit the application first and upload your documentation once you receive it.
- Meet – Meet with a coordinator (phone, Zoom, in-person) to discuss the nature of your disability and eligibility for accommodations.
- Request – Once your coordinator confirms your eligibility for accommodations you can customize and request your Accommodation Letter for the semester in AIM.
Please Note: Once the SAS Application and supporting documentation has been received, it can take a minimum of 10 business days to schedule the intake interview in order to determine eligibility for an accommodation letter.
